BioNano LK6200 Electrochemical Workstation

BioNano LK6200 is a computerized electrochemical instrument. The system contains a fast digital function generator, a high speed data acquisition circuitry, and a Potentiostat/Galvanostat. The potential control ranges is ±10.0 V. The instrument is capable of measuring current down to picoamperes. The steady state current of a 10µm disk electrode can be readily measured. The scan rate in cyclic voltammetry can be 0.01 mV/s to 10 V/s with potential increase between 1 mV to 20 mV. The instrument can be automatically re-zero for current to compensate the hardware drift due to temperature and time. This instrument is suitable for conventional electroanalysis, sensor and biosensor studies, general purpose electrochemical measurements (include kinetic measurements, fundamental research, corrosion, and battery studies), electro-deposition and adsorption studies, and for characterization of nanomaterials.
